By now you are probably aware of the changes in sales tax laws as it relates to online purchases. We are now required to collect sales tax in most states. If you are an organization with tax exempt status, please fill out the form below so that we can have the necessary information to set you up in our system as tax exempt. These are the states that currently do not collect sales tax: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire & Oregon.
If you haven't ordered from us before, take a second to register a login/password so that we can look you up in our system and mark you as exempt.
Even if you have sent in your information in the past, we are on a new system and still need you to complete this form. We will need a current copy of your reseller permit/certificate/sales tax exemption document etc from your state. The type of document depends on the type of organization that you are, school, reseller and so on. Once we process your request, your account will be set up as tax exempt on future orders. If you are seeing error messages and are unable to successfully submit this form, please just email your permit/certificate to email@example.com.
Please Note: The exemption will only apply if the order is being shipped to an address in your state that you are exempt in. Here is an example of when that might not happen. Let's say you are registered as tax exempt in California but you have an event taking place in Washington. If the order that you place with us is being shipped straight to Washington, the order will be charged Washington tax. If you have exempt status in more than one state and you frequently ship to those states, we will need the certificates for any state that you are exempt in.
