Once you have received your package, you have 10 days to fill out this form to initiate the exchange process. Do not attempt to send back your package until you have completed this form and received a Return Authorization # from us.
This form is only to be used when you need to exchange your order for a different size or color within the SAME item number. If you would like to get styles that are completely different than what you originally ordered, you will need to place an entirely new order and fill out the Returns Form for your original order. You will receive a refund for the original order once the return has been received and processed.
All exchanges will have a 15% Restocking Fee with the exception of items that were damaged when you received them. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your items back. We cannot do exchanges for items that have been washed, printed on or that are otherwise unable to be resold. Exchanges must be sent back using a traceable method of shipping to ensure proper delivery and processing. We recommend using the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex.
Once you have shipped your items back, Please email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is required to get your replacement items.
If you need the new items immediately, you should place a brand new order so that it can go out right away without waiting for the original items to arrive at the warehouse and be processed. Then you can use the Returns Form to return the original order.
